the staff at sheraton are incredibly attentive and helpful, especially violia from the restaurant and ibrahim from room service. the beach is nice with a good distance between umbrellas, and the jetty offers a fantastic area for snorkeling among colorful fish. don't forget your mask!

However, the wifi connection was unreliable, making it frustrating to stay connected. The furniture in the room felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade. I also wished for more entertainment options during the day as the animation team didn't seem very active. Despite these issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives in my stay.

I enjoyed my stay in the Classic Room with a sea view, as it provided a lovely space to relax. The staff were attentive and quick to assist, which made my experience even better. The food offered at the resort was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. I particularly appreciated the stunning sea view that greeted me each morning from the balcony.

The lack of a sandy beach was disappointing, as I had expected a more beach-like atmosphere during my stay.

The animation team was just very nice, full of life and made our time by the pool so entertaining. They had these activities all day that kept us smiling, and I even learned to dance from them.

However, the hotel shows signs of neglect. the lobby bar is unclean, and the beach loungers are worn out. Additionally, a loud disturbance at night disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, and there were issues with staff responsiveness to requests.

The cleanliness and comfort of our sea view room made our vacation even better. The only hiccup was the occasional wait at the pool bar, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 🌊
